Children's Ministry Here at Grace we are committed to both "age-integrated" and "age-segregated" learning. To put it another way, we're committed to encouraging parents and children to worship and learn together by attending our worship services together. At the same
time, we're committed to an excellent and multi-faceted Children's
Ministry where children learn, grow and have fun in settings
that are geared just for them. The mission of our Children's Ministry
is to celebrate, proclaim and live the Gospel of Jesus Christ on the
Central Coast and beyond! Our desire is to provide your child with
a safe, secure and loving environment where they can grow in the
grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We
consider it a privilege and a joy to care for your children. It is a
responsibility we take seriously. Sunday School Classes We offer Sunday School during all three services for 2 year olds through kindergarten with each service using a different curriculum for those staying for more than one service. For 1st through 6th graders we offer a Gospel-centered Sunday School program during the 9:30 am service. Each grade level is separated and taught from the Desiring God curriculum as we assist parents in leading their children to trust Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. Children’s Choirs We have two children’s choirs for grades 1 through 6. They were created for children to learn to give worth back to God through song, and to humbly lead the body of believers in the praise and worship of God. 11:00 am - Nursery & Children’s Choirs
All of our classes are staffed by loving and caring teachers who have gone through our screening and fingerprinting process. Paging System: Our personal paging system allows parents to worship worry-free while their 0-3 year old child is in a safe, loving and nurturing environment.
Family Cry Room:
Our Family Cry Room is available for moms, dads and baby and is located
in the back of the sanctuary. A one-way viewing window and closed-circuit TV help
connect the Family Cry Room to the worshipping congregation while maintaining privacy. |
